Who We Are

We are a mutual aid group in Tucson, Arizona. We get together to cook, and then we take the food out and hand it directly to people around town, including at street locations like bus stops.

Everything we cook and give out is vegan.

How It Works

We cook and hand food out monthly. We do not publish a time or a place for it on this page, because the details are settled close to the date.

To find out when the next one is, or to come and cook with us, write to info@vegansagainstfascism.org. A person reads that address and will write back.

The Garden Plot

We rent a plot at a community garden - see where we are for the address and who runs it.

We go out to the plot every other week during the growing season to keep it going - sometimes more often, sometimes less.

What the plot grows does not sit apart from the rest of this. Some of it is cooked into the food we hand out, and the rest goes straight to people in the group and to neighbors who need it.

Cooking Classes

We are putting together cooking classes about cheap, healthy meals. They are not running yet. Reach out if you would come to one, or you could help teach one!
